PROXY VOTING FORM
Any member of giftEDnz who is unable to attend the Annual General
Meeting may appoint a proxy-holder to vote on his/her behalf, either as
instructed or as the proxy-holder sees fit. The proxy voting form
should be sent to PO Box 12067, Rotorua South, to be received no later
than FRIDAY 5 MARCH 2010 or taken to the AGM by the proxy-holder.
